Is it normal to have side effects from a migraine I had 2 weeks ago?

I had a migraine two weeks ago. I usually get the aura for about 10-15 minutes but this one lasted half hour. After the headache passed my vision was still affected. It feels like someone has put a camera flash in my eye. I'm also now having tension headache & extremely tired. My doctor has put me on endep 10 3 days ago which has only made me feel worst. I am having a Catscan on Tuesday. The optometrist has checked my eyes & they are healthy. I can't seem to find any information on my symptoms & I'm getting scared that its not going to go away. -
