I have schizophrenia and an seeing a pyscharist once a month, but would benefit from talking to a counsellor about my personal issues with why I am comfort eating. I want to lose 9 kilo's and believe I have issues to ‘holding on the weight’. If there is a practicing doctor or counsellor I could meet in Mount Gambier it would help me address my eating habits. -
