There could be a number of digestive problems that you may have but it could be a food intolerance particularly to chemicals. I would visit your local GP particuarly if you are experiencing chest pains and they may send you to a specialist such as a Gastroenterologist who help to identify specific problems. An Accredited Practising Dietitian could also help you to identify if you have an intolerance to certain food chemicals. The RPAH Elimination Diet can be trialled to identified if natural food chemicals are causing your problems. It is vital that you follow this under the instruction of a Dietitian as you do not want to unnecessarily eliminate foods.
