    I am sorry to read that things are hard for you ATM.
    One thing which my clinical psychologist taught me is that when depression is bad then “back to basics” is the way to go.
    That means focusing on your physical needs - eating well, sleeping well, getting exercise,  general self-care, etc.
    Then, when you mood lifts (and it will)  you can reach out to other people along the lines that Pamela has suggested.
