The usual healing time of bone is 6 weeks, so hopefully the pain will not continue beyond that time frame. In the mean time there are a few things that may bring the pain down to reasonable levels.

Many chiropractors specialise in gentle techniques that can assist to take the load off the injured area while it heals. (this usually doesn't involve manipulation).

There are also some natural supplements which may assist in reducing pain levels and inflammation. Some chiropractors, naturopaths and pharmacists stock these products.
