The symptoms of Crohn's disease are very individual. When you do take these supplements how do you feel? Depending on where you buy these supplements from they can have lot's of ingredients that may exaccerbate Crohn's.

Best advice is to see an Accredited Sports Dietitian or an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) for an individualised dietary plan and strategies to help you to keep your muscle mass up. You can find an APD at www.daa.asn.au and an Accredited Sports Dietitian at www.sportsdietitians.com.au
