    Hidradenitis suppurativa normally occurs in a eas of high sweet glands such as the groin and armpits.  It can also occur under the breast.

    HS most commonly occurs in the armpit, groin , buttocks and under/between the breasts. 
    however- severe cases can show lesions at any site on the body including arms legs and face.

    in fact- some conditions (including pilonidal sinus disease and dissecting cellulitis of the scalp) are thought to be variants of HS- so it is believed that HS can occur anywhere on the body.
