Did my Ex leave me because of her depression or did I do something?

My ex has depression and anxiety. She was sent away for treatment and has been through a lot like being bullied and changing schools. A year after our relationship her depression started getting bad again. She started taking new meds and she told me it knocked her affectionate side down to 0.
One day she started crying saying part of her wants to break up but part of her doesn't because she loves me so much and feels like she'd be making a mistake We decided to take a no communication break for a month while she was at an internship at DC.
A week later I call her to tell her I miss her and she starts crying she confirms the breakup and says she loves me and wants me in her life but she can't focus on her happiness while worrying about our relationship. I told her I'd wait for her I left a gift basket at her door. She sent a professional message saying to not contact her or go by her house. I saw she was back on Tinder and filed an order of protection against me for dropping off the gift. Any advice?
