I am a 27-year-old male and was previously a martial arts athlete. I am 165 cm and weighed 93.8 kg on 13/4/2020. I am now 91.8 kg. Is it normal to lose so much weight in the first week of dieting?
After 2 weeks of trying I now jog day after day. Is it ok to be this active while being so obese?
I usually have dinner around 6pm and do not go to bed until 1 in the morning … thus I snack around midnight. Is this bad? Will it cause me to gain weight?
