I am struggling to lose some unwanted kilos with new health conditions.
I have hypothyroidism but that’s currently stable and has been for a little while now. However, I’m on depression medications and patches for menopausal symptoms.
I’m a disability support worker where I’m quite active and I play squash a could of times a week.
I do eat mostly healthy food and have a good intake of water. I am after suggestions for what I should try.
