    Big pupil, small IOD

When my pupil gets bigger than the 6mm IOL, like night driving, I get bright circles above all points of light which is very annoying if not dangerous. Pilocarpine fixes the problem as it shrinks the lens, but it is tricky getting the right dose. Is there anywhere in the world I can get a 7mm lens?

The first lens was installed 6 months ago and the arcs have been unchanged.

Can I get the haptics of the second lens put the other way so at least the arcs will be in a different place? I think my iris is low compared to my posterior capsule.
