I'm 18 years old, 5'6 and used to weigh 91kg. This year I decided I wanted to lose weight cause I have a big holiday coming up and even though I knew I wouldn't be able to lose all I wanted I wanted to try. At first I really wasn't doing anything but over the last 3 weeks I started the 18:6 hour intermittent fasting and trying to eat clean and working out 2-4 times a week, like light cardio strength training and light walks. I lost about 3kg the first week, gained a little back and I just finished week 3 and I've lost 6 kg.
I'm a bit worried cause even though I want to lose about 20-25kg I didn't expect it to be this fast. I checked the healthy amount of weight loss per week and it said 1-2 pounds which is about 0.9kg
