    Right shoulder pain

I've had a right shoulder injury for the past 2 to 3 years. It's a sharp pain that runs down my arm which comes and goes. The pain is not there 24/7 and sometimes it's also up my neck. I've had a cortisone in my bursa but it did absolutely nothing. I've also had an MRI (I think this was only on my neck and shoulder) and a nerve study done on my arms with no results as to what's causing this pain.

I am also not right handed. I have a feeling it could be a pinched nerve in my spine as I do have scoliosis. My job involves me standing on my feet for 8 hours straight with no breaks.

    What should I do?
