Why is there such limited access for young women post-treatment for hormone positive breast cancer?
My partner (<50 yrs old) has had an oophorectomy as an adjunct to oestrogen suppression. The menopausal symptoms are overwhelming. The lack of libido ever since treatment began 3 years ago and the vaginal symptoms are distressing and painful.
Any research study seems to involve testosterone creams, lubrication or kegels.
There seems to be very little information on the topic, and it seems to be a maze to find help.
