I had a TKR in February 2017 and have extensive pain since when I bend my knee past 95 degrees. Ultrasound shows that the semimembranosus tendon is just draping over the edge of the tibial prosthesis and sensitive touch even just with the scan investigations. Is this problem able to be corrected by physiotherapy alone or should I seek a revision or some other surgical intervention?
