Using herbal remedies, such as cumin soft capsules, lime capsules, and algomed D to lose weight

Hi, I've been on a diet for so many years ago and I've lost about 12 kgs. I'm suffering from general obesity now. I've just started taking lime capsules, cumin soft capsules, and Algomed D for about a week according to my nutrition consultant. I was wondering if taking herbal medicines (the ones that I mentioned before) is healthy or not. Moreover, I used to get tired easily, but I think taking these medications together with my diet has increased my energy a little. I'd like to know if this is only short term and if it is healthy? I would also appreciate it if you could let me know if losing more than 2 kgs of weight per week is healthy for me? Thanks in advance.
