I have a long-standing problem with my left hip leg joint, feels like it is muscular, and I am not sure what or who can help? The pain radiates around lower hip and top of leg, where the muscles join the two. It sometimes goes down my leg. Running or walking does not make it worse, but sitting and lying in bed seems to aggravate it. It also may be effecting my bowel as I have had IBS since I have had this pain too. What is the best treatment or exercise?
