Mental health urgent diagnosis and treatment - is it possible first apt?

My 26 year old son has suffered a severe psychological condition for the past few years and due to his deterioration requires urgent diagnosis and treatment and meds review. He saw a psychiatrist under police guard two years ago for work related bullying severe long term psychological injury and psychosis and was sent away from Gosford mental health with a script for mirtarzapine and no ongoing care. He has recently had a repeat situation and another physical injury at the hands of the same employer (his father) which has bounced him back into daily psychosis and struggle to survive without suicide..no reason to live..extreme depression...extreme anxiety and stress..relationship breakdown and he has two children. Insomnia and night terrors when he does sleep, vomiting, acid reflux during the night..agoraphobic..no faith in anything or the world..wants to cry one minute then kill the next..it's scary for us his family to see when he is such a good man..father..stepfather.
