What are the GI values and nutrient compositions of rosewater and orange blossom?

I'm interested in Middle Eastern foods, particularly Lebanese cuisines. I'm also keen on knowing diet management in relation to type 2 diabetes. Just want to know the nutrient compositions and GI values of typical Middle Eastern food ingredients - rosewater and orange blossom, which are used in desserts quite often.

According to my own bottles of rose water and orange blossom, the energy per 100 ml are both 124 kJ and it contains 2.9g of carbohydrate per 100 ml. The ingredients include Distilled Bitter orange, natural rose water, rose flavour and water.  Since they are both used as flavouring agent and used in very small amount, I wouldn't be too concern about the glycaemic index of both. I am unable to locate the exact G.I. from the official G.I. database werbsite  http://www.glycemicindex.com/
