    Why am I struggling to lose weight?

    Hi, I have been on a weight loss journey since July and I am not seeing any results. Current weight is 122.6kg Exercise: Mon/Wed/Sat morn I attend boot camp with mixture of strength and cardio Tues - bike ride (daughter in bike trailer I pull) approx 1/2hr Thurs - Highland dance fitness group Fri - bike ride I watch what I eat, eg: Breakfast 1 slice multigrain bread, 10gr butter 1 egg (or ham & 15gr tasty cheese) 1 x 125ml glass of juice Snack eg - carrot or approx 50gr chicken or palm full almonds and pepitas Lunch eg - miso soup with chicken (100gr) left over steak & veg (1/2 steak approx 100gr) Snack as before Dinner tonight will be a chicken curry with lots of veg - cauliflower, zuchinni, onion etc Dessert 1 square 70% Lindt chocolate I drink minimum of 2lt of water a day with either diet coke at dinner or soda water and apple juice I treat myself on Saturday to chocolate milk (my fave) and a splurge dinner Please help! I can't afford to see professionals
