Ride bike/walk to work 4 days a week (total 10ks a day) weight train for 30 minutes, 3 nights a week. Cut processed sugars and food from diet. Cut carbs, yoe's fresh veg and limit to 2 serves of fruit a day and only eat good fats (average 1100 calories a day before exercise). No weight loss for 4 weeks.. Why? Could I have a medical condition? Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Breakfast - usually cereal and scrambled eggs, semi skimmed milk. Lunch - always a low fat pasta and bannana Dinner - fish with boiled potaoes or steak and oven chips or turkey stir fry.
