Any advice on managing pain in upper abdominal epigastric area?

Originally this started 2 yrs ago suddenly. I went to different Gastro specialist and they kept giving me PPI's and medicines, but I never seem to get any relief from them. Because I don't know whether its from reflux or something else. I had endoscopy done twice and they found h pylori. I took first level of treatment but it was still positive so doctor gave me second class antibiotics. Later on, I did stool antigen and breath test and both were negative. My weight was normally 60 KG. I lost 6-7 kg since this problem started 2 yrs ago. Now my complain is that my pain is only on right rib on edge and some dull pain in lower abdomen right side and some dull pain radiating right back side. I don't understand what could be the reason of these symptoms. If it is reflux then i should get some relief from PPI's. I started taking super digestive enzymes and I feel better. It's seems to be relieving the pain.
