How long does a bone graft on a your calcanues take to heal?

I had surgery 16/6/15 on my right ankle with revision and bone grafting on my outer side of my foot and in the inner part of my foot. I had a piece of my Achilles tendon stripped and added to my inner foot. I had my 10 weeks post operative check of my foot to see if I can start putting weight on the foot and based on the x-rays it did not seem much different from the a couple days post operative to now. What can I do to speed the healing process? I did get a CT scan of the foot, but have not gotten the results yet. My podiatrist was a little discouraged by my progress in healing. -
