What is causing my left chest tightness and heaviness?

I've been experiencing this issue for five months now. I did the holter monitor test two months ago and it looked normal but I still have tightness on the left side of the chest almost daily, even while doing normal activities or sitting. What should I do next? Regards Ganesh

I'd ask your Doctor to refer you to a Cardiologist who can check if you Microvascular Coronary Disease which is disease of the small arteries, in the heart. Often the main Arteries are clear so nothing shows up on normal testing. But a Cardiologist who understands this Disease should be able to check you out properly
