The Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) members of Healthshare will be better able to answer your question in detail than I can.

However, my understanding is that weight-loss in the range 0.5-1.0 kg/week is seen as sustainable - 2 kg/week is not sustainable.

It might help if you talked with an APD -you can find one here; http://daa.asn.au/for-the-public/find-an-apd/

An APD will be able to review what you eat with you and suggest ways in which you can lose weight in a healthy/sustainable way.
