What can I do to treat pain that wont go away?

    Related Topic
I had a sinus surgery just over 3 years ago and ever since have suffered a severe facial pain - constant aching, dull and burning pain. I have seen my GP, ENT Surgeon, Neurosurgeon, Osteopath, Spine Physio, Acupuncture and Pain Specialist all with no luck. I have tried gabapentin, endep, Lyerica and a couple more but cant remember the names. I also have had a couple of nerve blocks. A stellate ganglion and Sphenopalatine. I just don't know what to do next?? I have put up with this pain for years and it has never gone away not even for 1 minute! I have had 2 x MRI'S and everything seems normal. Some doctors have said it is atypical facial pain and neuropathic pain. I would love it if anyone could please help me. Thanks so much.
