    Is Sinuplasty the best solution for Pansinusitis

    A CT Scan done of my nose which showed the followed: . Nasal septum- midline with minimal bowing convex to left. Middle turbinates- concha bullosa with extensive mucosal thickening & bullosic inflammation, Inferior nasal turbinates. Diagnosis: Pansinusitis. Current medic: Antibiotics (5th week) + nasonex (2 sprays p d). Breathing is ok with nasonex. Should I have another CT Scan done after antibiotics are finished to check improvement? Is Sinuplasty the best solution? Have an autoimmune condition-PBC.
