I am 41, 164cm and approx 67kgs. I work 4 nights per week (11 pm - 7 am) and look after my toddler during the day (also have 2 other school-aged kids). I manage 1-2 hrs sleep during the day (around lunchtime) and then 3-4 hrs before work (6-10pm ish). I generally eat well during the night (cut up veggies and fruit) but find I crave carbs during the day because I'm awake for so long. I try and exercise during the day but usually end up making excuses due to tiredness. What is the best way to space out my meals so I'm not overeating and what kinds of things should I be eating to maximise weight loss?
