Is there a surgeon in melbourne that can help me?

I have had a blocked nose and distorted smell and no taste for close to two years. Around six months ago, I had corrective surgery (deviated septum and turbinates) the condition remains the same. My surgeon told me to come back in a year and he would look at me again, so i went for a second opinion and was told i may have a dual nasal valve collapse, he said he could not help me as he would be pessimistic of the outcome. Surely there must be someone that can help me? -
