I have small white slightly (small round) raised (spot like) marks on my legs. They have only appeared in the last 12 months. If I scratch most of them with the edge of a blade, they are dry and just flake away. However, I have a lot of them mainly around my shins and ankles. I was told by a skin specialist that it is a result of being in the sun a lot, but I have never sat in the sun in my life and always covered up. Around three years ago, I had UV therapy for eczema for several months - could this have cause this marks? I would like to know how to get rid of them.
