Why do I have right leg spasticity and stuttering?

I have had trouble walking on the right side for five years. It comes and goes in distinct episodes. The muscles tense up and my legs stamps the ground. I have no control over how I walk. Sometimes, instead of that, I will just have to drag my right leg because it can't move on its own. Very weak. Also my torso will shake randomly during these episodes. I will also stutter during these episodes. These things have been happening on and off for the last five years. I have seen several neurologists. They have not helped at all. I had a brain MRI in 2009 and a spine MRI in 2012. It showed nothing. The episodes are getting closer together, so the number of days I cannot walk is increasing. I am 38 years old. Episodes last for a few days or weeks. The gap between episodes is about a month at the moment. My new GP is concerned that I have been like this for 5 years. She has seen me in an episode and not in an episode. She cannot believe the difference. I need answers asap. Thank you.
