  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

Are there any permanent ways to fix bulging discs, chronic SIJ disease?

I have had the above issue for 15 years and have tried, massage, hydrotherapy, accupuncture, remedial therapy, physio, chiropratic, tensmachine, thai chi and pilates.

I also have sciatic nerve, fibromyalgia, begnine hypomobility joint disorder, unfortunately many have proven futile and haven't made any difference what so ever, or I have had a reaction to ( ie accupuncture. the rhumatologist, has stopped me from going to a chiro, due to the sensitivity of my muscoskeletal system, I have tried pilates, but yet again, problems do arise due to the inability to safely use any of the machines , and the floor work provides problems with it as well because of my fibromyalgia. can anyone suggest a treatment that can fix (not mend which I have been doing for 15 years.)
