How long is the recovery for a PCL knee injury?

I injured my knee back in march 2013, have had an MRI which stated in conclusion:

“Partial thickness tear/sprain of the proximal and distal PCL. There is no other evidence of internal knee derangement and there is normal appearance to both menisci without any meniscal tear”

I was advised to do physio to get it better, but haven't been getting much results.

The injury has caused me unable for full knee flexion, knee to buttocks, including deep squats.

I'd like some advice on perhaps where to go for physio treatment that has experience with treating this? or perhaps any other avenues to go down.

As well as what kind of recovery time I'm looking at?

    Thankyou
