Can I use meal replacement shakes while trying to conceive?

I have returned to my pre baby weight by substituting breakfast with a high protein meal replacement shake each day.

We are hoping to conceive again in a few months time and I am wondering if it is safe to continue to have the shake for breakfast and additionally as a “snack” during the day as needed.

This shake itself is organic, has 24g undenatured whey protein, 11g sugar, 6 g fat (2 saturated) and 70 + trace minerals. The company itself advises that the shake is safe to have during pregnancy - but as an addition to your diet not as a meal replacement.

Can you advise if this type of product would be suitable during pregnancy.
