I am not overweight however am not happy with the way I look. I have started at the gym to assist with this however I am in a cycle of not liking the way I look, eating then not liking that I've eaten rubbish.
I don't get hungry throughout the day and find it difficult to get the motivation to come home and cook at night so will either have something like toast or miss dinner.
I usually work out in the mornings and don't enjoy going on an empty stomach but at the same time I know I cannot have a full plate of bacon eggs and toast… what is something light I can eat be…
