    Hi there, it's difficult to know without a bit more history, is this something that is happening cyclically ie changing with the time of the month? Are your periods still regular or are they becoming irregular/farther apart/closer together? Do you have any other symptoms as well? Most likely it is due to hormonal fluctuations, but I would suggest seeing your GP to have a full history and examination.
