Why have I had a sore throat for 3 weeks?

My throat has been sore for 3 weeks with swollen glands and a fever at times, the back and underside of my tongue is very sore and hurts to move from side to side.
I have been on two types of antibiotics with little or no significant change.
I am now wondering if it could have something to do with my teeth. -
