What kind of blood test for female hair loss should I have?

    Hi,
I am a 27 year old female suffering hair loss. I switched from an Australian Levlen LD to a Japanese brand two years ago and have noticed a gradual loss and thinning over this time.

I would like to get blood tests done in Japan, but because medical treatment is limited here (yes, surprising!) and they are unfamiliar with this kind of problem/treatment of female hair loss, I would like to know what kind of blood tests I should get that may indicate hair loss? I understand it may be hormone related (possibly caused by the pill), vitamin deficiency etc. What things should the blood test be testing for?

I know that hair loss may also be stress related, but I have made the necessary lifestyle changes: eating healthy, exercise, sleeping well and have yet to see much improvement. But I would like to rule out hormonal causes. My scalp and hair is healthy, and hair loss is over the entire scalp (even loss), and I can see plenty of visible new little hair roots coming out.
    thank you
