    Yes, we can. Often it is a good idea to seek professional help as well. People around us can help us determine whether our thinking might be a little irrational or distorted.
    If we speak to a number of friends and relatives and they are all saying similar things. Such as ‘Yes, you seem to be withdrawing from socializing.’ This would be clarification that maybe it is worthwhile talking to somebody about how you are feeling.
