We (Monash University FODMAP research team) have not tested almond milk yet. Nice to know you have the app! It is the most up-to-date resource. There will be annual updates with any new foods tested.

From experience with patients, almond milk appears to be tolerated although most only have small amounts, so whether there is a threshold before symptoms start or not, we don't know yet. Stay tuned…

I have been following the Monash University Low-FODMAP guide and referencing the app as well. I have noticed the last 4 days that I have been having symptoms and could not figure out why. I have had gluten free steel cut oats; made with almond milk and water with blueberries and hemp seeds. Just out of curiosity; i though to google it. Seems my sneaking suspicion is correct; i can not tollertae almond milk... any suggestions?
