    It really depends what sort of treatment you have and how your body reacts. Everybody is different. If you have for a relaxation massage you should just feel very relaxed and calm.
    If you have a full on sports massage, you may feel a bit bruised and uncomfortable rather than sore.
    Because you are working with muscles and putting the body back into alignment, it can feel a bit like your body's just moving back into its natural position.
