    Absolutely. Physiotherapists are what is known as first contact practitioners, and they are able to assess and diagnose a problem. And we treat without a doctor's referral. If you want us to we will liase with the GP after we have seen you, if they need to see the person

    YES - you can see a physio without a referral from your GP. 

    Payment is made privately.  If you have private health insurance, most clinics have a machine where they swipe you private health insurance card and you just pay the GAP.
