    Can an injury blow to the stomach cause an adhesion?

    Was injured at work where I was kicked in the stomach by a 3yr boy had extreme pain for three months after getting progressively worse over time. Unable to eat, walk or lift anything and had a 4mth size pregnant belly was operated on and a ahesion was removed. Could an injury like this cause the adhesion to form.

    Yes, scar tissue can be produced which would reuire electrotherapy , ultrasound and shortwave physiotherapy to the affected area.
