    Some flares or exacerbations can be triggered by infections, sometimes stress can be a trigger. Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (such as ibuprofen) can be another trigger in some people. 
    Othertimes flares can occur “out of the blue”.

    I found stress my biggest trigger - I would get over the stressful period then fall in a heap with a flare.

    I am also starting to believe that antibiotics could be another trigger for me.
