    Sores all over arms, face and neck preventing me wanting to leave the house. What do you think they are?

    Please help me for the last year I have suffered with sore like things all over my arms, some on my face, neck and chest. They have not gone away. No one seems to know what it is i have not left my house in 9 months. I am very embarassed. Can you give me some advice?

    It would really be beneficial for you to visit a Dermatologist and get a skin scraping test done - this will give you a proper diagnosis on what exact skin disease you are suffering from, which then will help with a treatment plan.
    You will need to get a referral from your GP.

    There are a number of possible explanations for your rash.  A skin biopsy may be required to make an accurate diagnosis.  It is important not to pick at any of the sores as that can aggrevate the problem.  Covering individual lesions with a Band-aid may promote healing.

    Once the exact diagnosis is established then your dermatologist will advise you on the most appropriate treatment.
