    A bicycle accident eight years ago left me paralyzed from the waist down.

    I am still doing the minocyclene, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, high dose fish oil and astaxanthin. Even with this, assiduous adherence to an arduous physical therapy program is necessary to prevent relapse.
