    This depends on where you live and which gynaecologist you see. It also depends on the type of hysterectomy you have: Laparoscopic, vaginal, or abdominal. The gap fees (out of pocket expense) is a fee that your gynaecologist sets. This is not a fee that is similar for all gynaecologists; some may charge more than others...

I aim to perform hysterectomies laparoscopically which would provide you with the best recovery and the least pain in that recovery time, as well as allowing for management of any other pathology that may be discovered at the time of the surgery.
