    There are government programs active in all states, which will provide an oxygen concentrator for you. You only need to get something else, if you want something mobile and driven by batteries. There are a couple on the market but they're quite expensive. You might be able to get them second-hand and on the internet from people who no longer need them. In general, all the oxygen concentrators do the same thing. They'll produce a little bit of noise, and some will have a humidifier attached to them.
