  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

Is there a group therapy session I can attend for my depression?

I've been diagnosed with Depression and have been on medication now for almost 2 months. Cause of my depression is family related and there are times when I feel I need to talk to people who understand.

I'm hoping that a regular session may help with the feeling of helplessness as I dont get much or any support from home.
