Are there any long term use effects of Ketamine Intranasal Spray for breakthrough pain?

    Related Topic
I have been taking Ketamine Nasal spray for over four years now to deal with breakthrough pain that my main opiate medication doesn't deal with. I have found it to be very effective in helping me manage this pain and have had no side effect associated with it.

I know there are studies on the negative effects of Ketamine use in illicit users but I am on a stable and prescribed dose.

Are there any long term studies on the use of this medication and delivery method? And if so, what are the outcomes and effects from long term use. Also, will it begin to loose it's effectiveness and potency as I have found with opiate medications I have been prescribed?
